Know what sits behind every number.

A transparent view of connected data, observation dates, and the limits of public disclosures.

Index unavailable

SEC EDGAR

The SEC index supplies lender disclosures, borrower names, instruments, rates, maturities, cost and fair value.

Holdings are partial exposures. Reporting dates differ. Name matches do not establish a complete capital structure.

Company & sponsor disclosures

0 researched company profiles available, with original source links and dated claims. Enrichment assembles the saved events, positions and mark history.

Research is a stored snapshot. Refreshing a pack does not execute a new crawl or independently verify every claim.

Authorized imported directory

Capital IQ company directory

Discover contains the full imported company directory, with an above-$50m revenue filter applied by default. Broaden or narrow the mandate in the same workspace.

Licensed observations are local to the configured environment. Provider values and conflicting claims require review; exports may carry redistribution restrictions.

Queried during public-profile enrichment

GLEIF · legal entity register

Additional legal names, LEIs, jurisdictions, registered addresses, entity status, and record-update dates. Search results remain candidate matches for analyst review.

Name similarity is not entity verification. Missing results do not prove that a company has no LEI. Registry candidates do not increase the evidence-coverage score.

Checking SOFR…

New York Fed · SOFR

A public rate feed adds context to floating-rate sensitivities. Missing feed values remain unavailable.

Overnight SOFR is not Term SOFR. Contractual floors, reset conventions, hedges and spread adjustments need separate review.

The questions an investor will ask.

Is this the entire private-credit market?

No. The index covers collected BDC filings, while the researched-company universe is a smaller, curated subset. Borrower names are not deduplicated economic groups. Unreported bilateral facilities and non-BDC lenders may be absent.

What exactly does the coverage score mean?

Six equally weighted categories: dated financial disclosure, ownership evidence, lender evidence, primary sources, total debt, and a sourced published contact. It measures available information, not credit quality, approval, or investment attractiveness. Illustrative rows use illustrative inputs.

Can lender fair value tell us enterprise value or leverage?

No. Fair value and cost describe the reporting lender’s position. Calculate leverage only with a confirmed consolidated debt figure and EBITDA on a consistent entity and period basis.

What could change the investment decision?

EBITDA add-backs, cash conversion, customer concentration, covenant headroom, liquidity, lien priority, maturity walls, and sponsor support. The review surfaces evidence gaps and preserves an analyst’s next action.

What happens after enrichment?

Re-screen the shortlist by evidence availability, debt signals, financial size or workflow stage. Compare candidates, enter downside assumptions, assign an owner and review date, then export the working investment memo with source links.

Is this a shared, live underwriting system?

This is a browser-persisted diligence workspace. Source reads are real when connected, but refreshes do not schedule ongoing research, contact counterparties, or send documents. Shortlists and notes are not synchronized across users.

Sourced facts. Visible assumptions. Analyst decisions.
