Jacob Wallenberg has been a member of ABB's Board of Directors since June 1999 and Vice-Chairman since April 2015. He is the chairman of the board of Investor AB and vice-chairman of the boards of Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson, Wallenberg Investments AB, FAM AB and Patricia Industries (all Sweden). He is also a member of the board of the Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation and of the nomination committee of SAS AB. Mr. Wallenberg was born in 1956 and is a Swedish citizen.
