Falk is the retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Kimberly-Clark Corporation, where he spent 36 years and served as Chairman and CEO from 2003 to 2018 and as Executive Chairman until his retirement in December 2019. He was appointed to AbbVie's board as a Class III director in May 2025 and serves on the Audit committee. Mr. Falk is also Lead Independent Director of Lockheed Martin and a director of the Bipartisan Policy Center and the Baker Institute, and serves as a National Governor of the Boys and Girls Clubs of America.
