Kenneth B. Rotman has served as an Accel director since 2019 and is Clairvest's designee to the Board. He is Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Clairvest Group Inc. (Toronto Stock Exchange: CVG), a Toronto-based private-equity firm with significant gaming-industry expertise, and has more than 30 years of experience as a private-equity investor. Before joining Clairvest in October 1993 he spent nearly three years at E.M. Warburg, Pincus & Co. He has served on numerous public and private company boards. He earned a B.A. from Tufts University, an M.Sc. from the London School of Economics and an M.B.A. from New York University's Stern School of Business.
