Brian Radecki

Brian Radecki has served as a director of ACV Auctions since 2021 and serves on the Audit and Compensation Committees; the Board considers him an audit committee financial expert. He is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Rapa Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biotechnology company spun out of the National Cancer Institute in September 2017, and is an active angel investor. From 1997 to 2016 he held various senior operational and financial roles at CoStar Group, Inc., including Chief Financial Officer from 2007 to 2015, and helped lead CoStar's 1998 initial public offering and subsequent equity offerings and acquisitions. He received a B.S. in business administration with a dual degree in accounting and finance from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
