Adam Rymer has served as a member of Adeia's Board since August 2023 and is a member of the Audit Committee.

Mr. Rymer is Chief Commercial Officer of Regal Cinemas, a position he has held since February 2025. From 2019 to 2025 he was President of Reason Advisory, a media, entertainment and technology consultancy; he previously served as Chief Product Officer of ProbablyMonsters, CEO of OpTic Gaming/Envy Gaming, and President of Legendary Entertainment's Digital Networks Group, and was Co-Founder, CFO and COO of Lava Bear Films. He began his career at Universal Studios Motion Picture Group, holding roles including Senior Vice President of Digital Platforms.

Mr. Rymer holds a B.A. in applied mathematics and economics from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School.
