Sandeep Vij has served as a member of Adeia's Board since 2025 and is a member of the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.

Mr. Vij is Managing Partner of Argean Capital, a private investment fund he co-founded in 2018. He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of MIPS Technologies, Inc. from January 2010 until its sale in February 2013, and as Vice President and General Manager of the Broadband and Consumer Division of Cavium Networks, Inc.

Mr. Vij holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from San Jose State University and an M.S. in electrical engineering from Stanford University.
