Sonja Harms

Sonja Harms, PhD serves as a director of ADSE Holdco. She is the co-founder and managing partner of GREEN MINE GmbH Wirtschaftspruefungsgesellschaft, which specializes in implementation and consulting for financial and sustainability reporting according to national and international reporting requirements.

Before founding GREEN MINE she worked for Ernst & Young GmbH as a manager in the assurance service line (2004-2009) and later as a freelancer (2015-2023), as group accounting manager at Henkel AG & Co. KGaA (2010-2012), and as a professor at FOM University for Applied Science in Essen (2018-2023). She holds a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Muenster and has been a German Certified Auditor since 2007.
