Robert M. Eversole has served as a director of Advanced Drainage Systems since 2008 and is the Company's Board Chair and lead independent director; he was elected Board Chair in 2022.

He is a Managing Partner of Stonehenge Partners, Inc., a private equity firm, a role he has held since 2007. Before that, from 1984 to 2007 he held a variety of roles at Fifth Third Bank, most recently as President and CEO of Fifth Third Bank, Central Ohio, and also served as Regional President for Fifth Third Bancorp affiliate banks in Western Ohio, Central Florida and the Ohio Valley.

Mr. Eversole holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from The Ohio State University and has completed a number of executive education programs.
