Timothy J. He was previously a director in the investment banking department of Credit Suisse First Boston, joining following its acquisition of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Mr. Flynn also serves on the boards of The Wrench Group, Veritext Legal Solutions, Insight Global and OMNIA Partners. He received his B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Brown University.
