Lara Poloni has served as AECOM's President since 2020. Over a career spanning more than 30 years she has worked predominantly in the planning, assessment and development of major infrastructure projects for public and private sector clients. She previously served as Chief Executive of AECOM's Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) operations from 2017 to 2020 and as Chief Executive of the Australia New Zealand business from 2014 to 2017.
