Rhea J. Posedel is a founder of Aehr Test Systems and has served as Chairman of the Board since the Company's inception in 1977. He served as the Company's Chief Executive Officer from 1977 until January 2012, as President from inception through May 2000, and as Executive Chairman from January 2012 to March 2013. Prior to founding the Company he held project engineering and engineering management positions at Lockheed Martin, Ampex Data Systems and Cohu. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University and an M.B.A. from Golden Gate University.
