She previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Harvey Nichols Group from 2014 to 2017 (and Deputy Chairman in 2018), Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Burberry Group from 2004 to 2013, and Chief Financial Officer of Egg PLC from 1999 to 2003, having spent her early career with Granada Group.
