Annette Franqui

Annette Franqui joined the Affiliated Managers Group Board of Directors as an independent director in May 2024 and chairs the Audit Committee.

She is a Founding Partner of Forrestal Capital, LLC, a business and investment advisory firm serving the original founding families of Panamerican Beverages (Panamco), where she previously served as Chief Financial Officer; earlier she was a Managing Director in the investment banking division of JPMorgan Chase & Co. She currently serves on the boards of OFG Bancorp and Arcos Dorados Holdings Inc. and previously served on the board of AARP, including as its Chair. She received a B.S. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
