Earlier he was a Financial Officer at Vivo S.A. from 2003 to 2009 and CFO at Tele Centro-Oeste Celular Participacoes from 2000 to 2003. He holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and an executive-program degree from the University of Westminster, London.
