Peter Coughenour has served as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Agree Realty since December 2021, after serving as Interim Chief Financial Officer from August 2021. He leads the Company's capital markets, investor relations, risk management, and financial planning and analysis functions and chairs its ESG Steering Committee.

He joined the Company in 2015 and served in various finance roles, including Vice President, Corporate Finance, prior to his appointment. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Indiana University and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts.
