Brent Wadman has served as AirSculpt Technologies' General Counsel since February 13, 2026.

Before joining the Company he was General Counsel of Inspirato Incorporated from May 2024 to February 2026. He was previously a partner at Messner Reeves LLP from July 2018 to March 2022 and General Counsel of Stillwater Mining Company from March 2014 to March 2017, advising companies and boards on corporate, securities, transactional and operational matters.

Mr. Wadman received a bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and a Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law.
