From April 2021 to December 2025 he was managing director and co-founder of Northborne Partners, LLC, a middle-market mergers and acquisitions advisory firm, where he has served as Senior Advisor since January 2026. Previously he spent 4.5 years at BMO Capital Markets Corp. from 2016 to 2021.
Mr. Higgins received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan School of Business and his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School.
