Thomas Aaron has served on AirSculpt's Board since October 2021.

He served as a director of Cincinnati Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: CINF) from November 2019 to November 2024, including on its audit and compensation committees, and on the boards of CINF's property-casualty insurance and other subsidiaries. He was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Community Health Systems, Inc. (NYSE: CYH) from May 2017 through December 2019, after serving as its Senior Vice President of Finance from 2016 to 2017.

Earlier, he spent a distinguished 32-year career at Deloitte leading audit and consulting services for national healthcare organizations. Mr. Aaron is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Kentucky.
