Andrew Snyder has been the non-executive Chair of Clarivate's Board since October 2022 and a director since December 2021. He has served as CEO of Cambridge Information Group (CIG), a family-owned investment firm focused on real estate, education, technology, and information services, since 2003.

At CIG he built ProQuest LLC from a legacy company of about 190 employees into a leading provider of information and software to the global academic and research community with nearly 3,000 professionals; CIG sold ProQuest to Clarivate in December 2021. Earlier, he spent seven years at Goldman Sachs in traditional media, technology, and services private equity, including a year as Assistant to the Chairman and CEO.
