Nathan K. Sleeper has been a director of Columbus McKinnon since February 2026, designated by the CD&R Investors. He brings broad-based experience across industrial company operations, strategy, corporate development and executive leadership.
Mr. Sleeper has been Chief Executive Officer of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice since January 2020, chairs the firm's Executive Committee, and leads its industrials investment vertical, having joined CD&R in 2000 and been involved in a significant number of its investments. Before CD&R he worked in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs and at Tiger Management, and he holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor's degree from Williams College.
