P. Robert Bartolo

P. Robert Bartolo has served as a Crown Castle director since 2014 and as independent Board Chair since 2022, presiding over executive sessions of the non-management directors. He chairs the Fiber Review Committee and also serves on the Finance and Nominating & Governance Committees.

He spent more than a decade at T. Rowe Price Group, where he was Executive Vice President of the U.S. Growth Stock Fund and Chairman of its Investment Advisory Committee, having earlier worked as a portfolio manager in the U.S. Equity Division and as a Telecom, Tower & Cable analyst. He grew the firm's then-largest mutual fund from roughly $32 billion to $60 billion before his retirement.

Earlier in his career he served as Director of Finance at MGM Resorts International and as a senior auditor at Deloitte & Touche LLP. He holds a B.S. from the University of Southern California and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
