Richard J. He joined Dell in 1999 and held regional legal leadership roles across EMEA, Asia-Pacific and the Americas. Before Dell he spent nearly eight years at Caterpillar and was earlier an attorney for IBM Credit Corporation and the law firm Rogers & Wells. He was a named executive officer for Fiscal 2026.
