Indra K. Nooyi is the former Chair and Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo, Inc., a multinational food, snack, and beverage company. She served as CEO from October 2006 to October 2018 and was Chair of the PepsiCo Board from May 2007 to February 2019. She was appointed to Honeywell's Board effective January 1, 2026.

After joining PepsiCo in 1994, she held leadership roles in finance and corporate strategy and development, becoming President and CFO and being elected to the board in 2001. She serves on Honeywell's Management Development and Compensation Committee.
