Scott D. Drury joined Itron's Board of Directors in August 2025 and serves on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. He is the retired Chief Executive Officer of Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas), a role he held from 2021 until his retirement in December 2024.

Mr. Drury spent nearly 40 years in the electric and natural gas utility industry. Before leading SoCalGas, he served as President of San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E) from 2017 to 2020, and held senior leadership roles across supply chain, transmission and distribution, safety and emergency management, and operations after joining in 1986.
