He previously served as Chair of the Board, President, and Chief Executive Officer from August 2022 through April 2025; as President and Chief Executive Officer from May 2016 through August 2022; and in earlier roles including President, Consumer and Natural Foods, President, U.S. Retail Coffee, and President, Special Markets. He is a director, chair of the nominating and corporate governance committee, and member of the executive committee of Kimberly-Clark Corporation, where he has served since September 2019. He is the son of Timothy Smucker, Honorary Chairman Emeritus, and nephew of Richard Smucker, Chairman Emeritus of the Board.
