Share Repurchase Program

Latest FY repurchased
During fiscal 2026 the Company repurchased 475 thousand shares of common stock for $10 million (all in the first quarter). It then paused activity under the program in light of the working-capital demands created by sharply higher tungsten prices, and expects to reassess repurchases as cash flow generation improves.

Customer Concentration

Sales to a single customer did not aggregate to more than five percent of total sales in fiscal 2026, 2025 and 2024. Kennametal describes its industry as largely fragmented, containing several hundred fabricators, toolmakers and niche specialty coating businesses, and competes with several large global competitors and many smaller niche businesses; the 10-K does not name specific competitors.
