She previously served as Group Executive, Human Capital and Workplace Innovation (from June 2019) and as Global Chief Operating Officer of Financial Advisory (from July 2018), and has been a Managing Director of Lazard since January 2001.

Prior to joining Lazard in June 1993, she worked for Morgan Stanley. She is a member of the Supervisory Board of Metro AG.
