Gregory L. Christopher serves as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Mueller Industries. He has served as Chief Executive Officer since October 30, 2008 and as Chairman of the Board of Directors since January 1, 2016.
Prior to becoming Chief Executive Officer, he served as the Company's Chief Operating Officer and as President of the Standard Products Division.
On March 15, 2018, the Company entered into an indefinite-term employment agreement with Mr. Christopher under which he continues to serve as Chief Executive Officer, reporting directly to the Board of Directors, with a base salary of not less than $1,100,000 per year.
