Greg Henslee is Executive Chairman of the Board of O'Reilly Automotive and an affiliated Director, having joined the Board in 2017. He served as the Company's Chief Executive Officer from 2005 to 2018 and led O'Reilly for more than four decades across all capacities of its operations.
During his tenure as CEO, Henslee led the Company through the largest acquisition in its history, expanding O'Reilly into the western United States and establishing it as a nationwide business. He brings deep subject-matter expertise in retail and e-commerce operations, human capital management, strategic business development, and risk management.
