Prior to joining Petco he served as Assistant General Counsel and Senior Corporate Counsel at InterDigital, Inc. from 2019 to 2021 and was an associate at Dechert LLP from 2015 to 2019. Mr. Insana holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Pittsburgh and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
