Robert L. Massy

Massy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavior in Organizations/HR from Lancaster University in the United Kingdom and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of East London, and has completed the Executive Management Program at INSEAD in Paris.

He joined PPG in March 2024 from Westinghouse Electric Company, where he served for nearly a decade, joining in 2015 as chief talent officer, being named chief human resources officer in 2017, and in 2022 adding the chief administrative officer role overseeing integrated global corporate functions. Earlier he held talent roles at Weatherford International in the Asia-Pacific region and the U.S.
