Nanci E. Caldwell served as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at PeopleSoft, Inc., an enterprise software company, from January 2002 until its acquisition by Oracle Corporation in December 2004, and as Senior Vice President and CMO from April 2001 to January 2002. Prior to PeopleSoft, she spent 19 years at Hewlett-Packard Company in a number of senior management positions.

Ms. Caldwell currently serves on the board of directors of Equinix, Inc. She previously served on the boards of the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (December 2015-February 2026), Citrix Systems, Inc. (July 2008-December 2022), Donnelley Financial Solutions, Inc. (October 2016-May 2020), and Talend SA (February 2017-January 2020). She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Queen's University, Kingston, Canada.
