Ms. Newhouse is founder and CEO of Xtreme Solutions, an end-to-end IT services and cybersecurity firm, with more than 20 years of CEO experience. Before founding Xtreme she spent 22 years in cybersecurity and intelligence for the U.S. Army.
She founded ShoulderUp, a nonprofit supporting women entrepreneurs, and was the first woman to win the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in the technology category.
