Donna Dubinsky has served as a member of Twilio's board of directors since December 2018 and serves on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. She co-founded Numenta in 2005, serving as its Chief Executive Officer from 2005 to 2022 and Board Chair from 2005 to 2024.

She previously co-founded Handspring, serving as President and CEO from 1998 to 2003, and was President and CEO of Palm Computing from 1992 to 1998. She holds a B.A. from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
