She previously served as Chairman and CEO of The Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company, which she joined in 2008 and where she retired as CEO in 2021 after a decade in that role; she was appointed to the Penn Mutual Board of Trustees in 2010 and retired from it in March 2026.
