AbbVie acquired ImmunoGen, Inc. for $10.1 billion, a transaction completed in February 2024, structured as all cash ($31.26 per share).

ImmunoGen, Inc. operates in Oncology (solid tumors / ADCs), is based in Waltham, Massachusetts. ImmunoGen is a commercial-stage biotech focused on antibody-drug conjugates. Its flagship therapy Elahere (mirvetuximab soravtansine-gynx) is a first-in-class ADC approved for platinum-resistant ovarian cancer, backed by a pipeline of next-generation ADCs. AbbVie paid $31.26 per share in cash.
