ACI Worldwide acquired P&H Solutions, Inc. for approximately $134 million, a transaction completed in September 2006.

P&H Solutions, Inc. operates in Wholesale / business banking, is based in United States. Transaction Systems Architects acquired P&H Solutions for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $134 million, of which roughly $73 million was financed with long-term debt. P&H provided web-based business and corporate banking solutions, extending the company's cash-management and online-banking capabilities for financial institutions.

P&H added a hosted business-banking platform, deepening ACI's wholesale-banking and cash-management offering.
