Affiliated Managers Group acquired Montefiore Investment, a transaction completed in October 2025, structured as cash (terms not disclosed). The deal was a Minority-stake investment.

Montefiore Investment operates in European private equity (services), is based in Paris, France. In the fourth quarter of 2025 AMG completed a minority investment in Montefiore Investment, a European private equity firm focused on the services sector.

Consistent with AMG's partnership model, the Affiliate's management retains equity and operating autonomy while AMG provides permanent capital, global distribution and strategic resources.
