Qualitas Energy operates in Renewables / energy-transition infrastructure, is based in Madrid, Spain. In the fourth quarter of 2025 AMG completed a minority investment in Qualitas Energy, a renewables-focused global infrastructure manager specializing in the energy transition.

Consistent with AMG's partnership model, the Affiliate's management retains equity and operating autonomy while AMG provides permanent capital, global distribution and strategic resources.
