Alamo Group acquires Ring-O-Matic, LLC

Alamo Group acquired Ring-O-Matic, LLC for approximately $17.5 million, a transaction completed in June 2025, structured as all cash (100% of equity).

Ring-O-Matic, LLC operates in Industrial / vacuum excavation, is based in Pella, Iowa, USA. Alamo acquired 100% of the equity of Ring-O-Matic, LLC on June 30, 2025 for about $17.5 million. Ring-O-Matic is a leading maker of trailer-mounted and truck-mounted vacuum excavators and excavation systems used for hydro-excavation, safe digging near utilities, trenching, sewer jetting and storm-drain cleaning.

Alamo said the deal moved it into the adjacent trailer-mounted vacuum-excavator market, where it sees compelling future opportunities, and complemented its existing excavation and vacuum products.

On June 30, 2025, the Company acquired 100% of the issued and outstanding equity capital of Ring-O-Matic, LLC.
