Alamo Group acquires Timberwolf Limited

Alamo Group acquired Timberwolf Limited for approximately $25.0 million, a transaction completed in October 2021, structured as all cash (100% of equity).

Timberwolf Limited operates in Vegetation management / forestry, is based in United Kingdom. Alamo acquired 100% of the equity of U.K.-based Timberwolf Limited on October 26, 2021 for about $25.0 million. Timberwolf is a leading maker of commercial wood chippers serving the U.K. and European Union markets. In 2025 Timberwolf acquired the GreenMech brand and intellectual property.

Alamo said the deal enhanced its forestry and tree-care platform for growth by increasing both its product portfolio and capabilities in the European market.
