Broadcom acquires Emulex Corporation

Broadcom acquired Emulex Corporation for ~$606 million, a transaction completed in May 2015, structured as all cash (tender offer).

Emulex Corporation operates in Semiconductors (enterprise storage connectivity), is based in Costa Mesa, California, USA. Avago Technologies acquired Emulex, a provider of network connectivity, monitoring and management products, via cash tender offer.
