Certara acquired Analytica Laser for $40.0 million, a transaction completed in April 2018, structured as all cash (funded by term debt + cash on hand).

Analytica Laser operates in Services / Market Access. Analytica Laser is a consultancy specializing in real-world evidence and health-economics outcomes research, value-and-access strategy, cost and comparative-effectiveness modeling, and the collection and analysis of real-world data for market and payer communications. Certara acquired 100% of the equity, strengthening its regulatory-science and market-access services. The $40.0 million purchase price was funded with $40.0 million of additional term-loan proceeds plus cash on hand.
