Dover Corporation acquires LIQAL B.V.

Dover Corporation acquired LIQAL B.V. for $27.7 million, a transaction completed in October 2021, structured as all cash.

LIQAL B.V. operates in Clean Energy & Fueling, is based in Netherlands. LIQAL B.V. (LIQAL) is a turnkey supplier of LNG, hydrogen refueling equipment and solutions, and micro liquefaction solutions. Acquired 100 percent of the voting stock for $27.7 million, net of cash acquired and including contingent consideration. Strengthens the Company's offering of LNG and hydrogen products.

LIQAL strengthens Dover's LNG and hydrogen refueling and micro-liquefaction product offering.
