Encompass Health Corporation acquired Camellia Healthcare (and affiliated entities) for $131.4 million, a transaction announced in May 2018.

Encompass Health's home-health-and-hospice segment acquired Camellia's home-health, hospice and private-duty locations in Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana and Tennessee (~$78M 2017 revenue), strengthening its Southeastern presence in key certificate-of-need states and expanding its hospice service line. Announced 2018-03-15; the FY2018 10-K reports ~$131.4 million net cash paid for the May 2018 acquisition.
