Graco acquires QED Environmental Systems

Graco acquired QED Environmental Systems for $65 million, structured as All cash.

QED Environmental Systems operates in Process. Graco acquired QED Environmental Systems, a manufacturer of fluid management solutions for environmental monitoring and remediation (including landfill gas, groundwater sampling and remediation equipment), for $65 million in cash in January 2014.

Expanded Graco into environmental monitoring and remediation end markets where it had little or no previous exposure, complementing its Process segment fluid-handling offerings.

In January 2014, the Company paid $65 million cash to acquire QED Environmental Systems (QED), a manufacturer of fluid management solutions for environmental monitoring and remediation.
