Greif acquired Great Lakes Corrugated Corp. & Trend Pak, Inc. for approximately $21 million (combined), a transaction completed in April 1999, structured as all cash.

Great Lakes Corrugated Corp. & Trend Pak, Inc. operates in Containerboard & Corrugated Products, is based in United States, had revenue of about approx. $16M of added net sales (year after close). Greif acquired Great Lakes Corrugated Corp. and Trend Pak, Inc. together for roughly $21 million, paid in cash drawn on its revolving credit facility. The two businesses added corrugated products capacity and contributed about $16 million of incremental net sales in the following year.
