HONEYWELL INTERNATIONAL INC acquires Compressor Controls Corporation

HONEYWELL INTERNATIONAL INC acquired Compressor Controls Corporation for $673 million, a transaction completed in June 2023, structured as all cash.

Compressor Controls Corporation operates in Industrial Automation, is based in United States. Honeywell agreed to buy Compressor Controls Corporation, a specialist in turbomachinery control and optimization technology whose hardware, software and services serve the LNG, gas processing, refining and petrochemical markets, for $670 million in cash from INDICOR. Headquartered in Des Moines, Iowa with roughly 280 employees, CCC brought an installed base of more than 14,000 control applications. Honeywell framed the deal, announced in April 2023, as a way to advance the energy transition by broadening its automation and controls portfolio.
