HONEYWELL INTERNATIONAL INC acquired Mora Moravia (aerospace operations), a transaction completed in 2002, structured as Acquisition of the aerospace division of Mora Moravia (carve-out of aerospace operations).

Mora Moravia (aerospace operations) operates in Aerospace, is based in Czech Republic (Hlubocky-Marianske Udoli / Olomouc). Honeywell acquired the aerospace manufacturing operations of Czech firm Mora Moravia in 2002, forming what is now Honeywell Aerospace Olomouc in Hlubocky-Marianske Udoli. The site makes static components for jet engines and auxiliary power units; only the aerospace division was taken by Honeywell (the domestic-appliance business later passed to Gorenje in 2004).

Add European engine-component and APU manufacturing capacity to Honeywell Aerospace's supply base.
